This comes with standard engraving of ‘Wellingtons’.Whether you choose to hang your Quality Wooden Boot Storage at eye level or low on the wall this stylish design comes in options of 2,3,4 or 5 pairs with or without a shelf. It will look wonderful in your boot room, hall or utility and has an added utility hook for your dog leads or your Chester & Cooke Boot Jack. Made from a 12mm uniquely faced birch plywood enables the engraving of ‘Wellingtons’ to reveal the layers of wood giving a stylish finish. This welly rack can also be personalised making it extra special.

FAQ

Can this welly rack go outside?

Yes – Many customers hang this outside, although I would always recommend it be hung in a sheltered position out of the weather. If it will be subjected to the elements I would recommend you give it a couple of coats of yacht varnish over the bare & engraved edges, to keep it in tip top condition. Although I would always suggest its better to store it inside. It is far better for your wellies too.

If I want it to say ‘Wellingtons’ Do I need to put this in the personalisation?

No engraving of ‘Wellingtons’ comes as standard, you do not need to select personalisation.

There are not enough characters for my personalisation, what should I do?

Not a problem send me an email and I can see if it will fit. We can reduce the font size to fit. But also depends on the size of the rack chosen.

I have really big boots will they fit?

I have tested my boot rack to men’s size 13 UK. and they are fine.

What size child boots fit?

In the hanging position, 1 boot per slot I would say a size 3. Anything smaller add a shelf and they can be stored on that, or you cal always store 2 boots in one slot, if using this method it will take toddler boots.

Will Work boots fit on here?

I have tested it will large men’s work boots (short boots) and they fit fine.

If it gets muddy can I clean it?

The coating to my wooden welly rack is water repellent and you can wipe it clean. So it can stay looking great.

I don’t want to it say anything, is that possible?

Yes  we can certainly do this for you, add a comment in the notes at checkout to state no engraving to be left plain. Unless you state otherwise it will still have our logo on it.

Product Care

Our Antique Iron hooks may show light surface Rust if exposed to damp environments. If necessary, this can be easily removed by using light oil (such as WD40) and a fine grade wire wool. We recommend you remove any residue oil, with a wipe over with a cloth.

The material is water repellent and wipe clean. If you will be hanging it outside we recommend it is in a sheltered position undercover, and applying couple of coats of yacht varnish will also help its longevity.

As this Engraved Wooden Boot Rack is made from natural materials, there occasionally may be colour variations or knots in the layers of wood, which may be seen in the engraving or edges, however we feel this adds to the natural look of the product and gives it a unique appearance.
