We recently ordered some paw & nose balm for our own Chester, who always has a dry nose.  It arrived within a couple of days of ordering, with a lovely handwritten note. We’ve only applied it a few times so far but his nose definitely looks better and I presume more comfortable for him.  Would recommend this company.
