Returns

We hope you are completely happy with your Chester and Cooke product, however if you aren’t don’t worry. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the product.

All products must be returned in a resalable condition.  This means the product and its, contents, packaging, labels, and tags are undamaged and unused.  We cannot accept products or provide refunds for worn, damaged, altered or used goods. 

​Return Instructions​

Place the item back in its original packaging, print off the returns label here, and fill in your details, and place inside the parcel. Fix the address label on the packaging.  Return to Chester and Cooke via Royal mail or with your desired courier.  Please obtain proof of postage.  We recommend that you also take out insurance if the couriers standard insurance does not cover the value of the product you are returning, as we cannot be held responsible, or refund, items that we do not received.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email us immediately at sales@chesterandcooke.co.uk, preferable with pictures, so we can deal with your situation appropriately.  If we request that you return the item we will provide you with a shipping label so you do not incur further shipping costs.
