Are all the products designed by you? – Yes all the wooden products are designed by me Liz Cooke. I take great care in producing products that solve problems and are truly practical. I will test the products and usually have many prototypes before I get to a final product. I protect my designs with the IPO office.

Are all the products made by you?  All the wooden products are made in our workshop in Peterborough. There are items such as the stainless steel dog bowls, hooks for our hangers, and our cushion dog beds that we buy in from suppliers. Where possible, I source my extra products and materials from UK suppliers and manufacturers.

Is the wooden material you use waterproof? – Yes the coating on our wood makes it waterproof; however, the cut edges and engraving may be best treated with a yacht varnish if they will be exposed to the elements.

Do you ship to Europe? – Yes I do – however you may be better using my Etsy shop which is set up using their custom code for paying duties and taxes which makes shipping easier. – If you wish to still purchase on my website.  Custom duties and taxes will be payable when it reaches customs in your country.  The courier should contact you and any duties will need to be paid directly to them before the parcel will be released.

Do you ship outside the EU? – Yes I will ship worldwide and have shipped as far as Australia, Hawaii, and Japan. I ship regularly to the US. If your country isn’t set up for me to ship to you, please get in touch sales@chesterandcooke.co.uk  and I will get your country added.
